Regional Business Development Leader

Lumenis is a global leader in the field of minimally invasive clinical solutions for the Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets. We are a world-renowned expert in developing and commercializing innovative energy-based technologies, including Laser, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), and Radio-Frequency (RF).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth and success of our company. As a Sales Manager at Lumenis, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in your assigned territory through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to ensure continued revenue growth.
- Prospect and build pipeline for new business opportunities, targeting competitive accounts and non-core physicians/businesses.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or capital equipment sales, medical device preferred.
- Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
- Ability to manage and close complex sales.
- Positive attitude and approach to job responsibilities, team player.
- Microsoft applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce experience preferred.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
- Uncapped commissions: up to $160,000 OTE.
- Monthly car allowance.
