In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth and success of our company. As a Sales Manager at Lumenis, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth in your assigned territory through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to ensure continued revenue growth.
  • Prospect and build pipeline for new business opportunities, targeting competitive accounts and non-core physicians/businesses.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or capital equipment sales, medical device preferred.
  • Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to manage and close complex sales.
  • Positive attitude and approach to job responsibilities, team player.
  • Microsoft applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce experience preferred.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
  • Uncapped commissions: up to $160,000 OTE.
  • Monthly car allowance.
  • Home office allowance.
