The Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Account Executive - Medical Device position involves building a network of potential clients and driving revenue growth by staying informed about the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and clinical research sectors. In this role, you will establish connections with innovative partners, launch decentralized, multi-center research studies to support client projects, and make data-driven sales decisions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline comprising hospitals, medical device manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies
- Apply in-depth knowledge of service offerings and client needs to effectively promote your capabilities
- Foster partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations
- Navigate complex negotiation processes to secure new business opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to refine and enhance sales strategies and processes
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare sales, specifically in IT solutions
- Understanding of Electronic Data Capture (EDC), electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePROs), eConsent, and Electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF) in the medical device sector
- Proven track record of success in complex sales cycles with C-level executives from device, pharma, and biologics companies
- Orthopedic experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
- Capacity to travel up to 25% annually
