Primary Responsibilities:

  • Compose and review legal documents, ensuring meticulous proofreading for grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and formatting accuracy.
  • Conduct conflict of interest assessments, initiate new client files, and manage existing client documentation.
  • Oversee attorneys' schedules, marking critical dates and deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable in State and Federal court submissions, including electronic filing processes.
  • Capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality in all matters.

Qualifications:

  • Positive demeanor with effective communication skills for interaction with attorneys, staff, and clients.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation support.
  • Familiarity with iManage and Outlook is advantageous.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
