Job Title: Revenue Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Administrator to join our team at Bisnow. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our CRM, as well as other sales technology tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our CRM, including data cleanup, documentation, and external partner relationships.
  • Develop and implement CRM solutions that are customized and accretive to the business.
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams to tailor Salesforce solutions to their unique needs.
  • Develop advanced, user-friendly, and effective reporting solutions.
  • Support sales VPs in creating insightful reports that drive sales team advancement.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce reports, finance, data presentation, and capable of extracting actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Salesforce admin training and/or certification is preferred.
  • Experience with email drip campaign platforms is advantageous.
