Revenue Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Administrator to join our team at Bisnow. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our CRM, as well as other sales technology tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our CRM, including data cleanup, documentation, and external partner relationships.
- Develop and implement CRM solutions that are customized and accretive to the business.
- Build strong relationships with sales teams to tailor Salesforce solutions to their unique needs.
- Develop advanced, user-friendly, and effective reporting solutions.
- Support sales VPs in creating insightful reports that drive sales team advancement.
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce reports, finance, data presentation, and capable of extracting actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Salesforce admin training and/or certification is preferred.
- Experience with email drip campaign platforms is advantageous.
