  • Manage a team of revenue cycle professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure successful performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement revenue cycle policies and procedures.
  • Consult with payers and industry leaders to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure revenue cycle goals are met.
  • Lead large-scale revenue cycle projects, including audits, technology enhancements, and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle leadership roles, with a strong background in Epic Systems, PB Resolute/Prelude, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Extensive knowledge of medical billing, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and insurance adjudication/processing practices.
  • Strong time management and analytical skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with MS Office 365 and other relevant software applications.
  • Proven track record of managing and coordinating concurrent projects and competing priorities.
