At Midtown, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to enhance their lives. The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the operations, development, design, and maintenance of our CRM system.

Our organization utilizes HubSpot Enterprise CRM, encompassing Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.

This system is integral to our member support framework, communication strategies, onboarding processes for new members, and the marketing and sales prospect funnel.

In collaboration with the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for sustaining and enhancing the system for our users, members, and prospects, working closely with leaders in marketing, sales, and operations to execute strategies and implement updates within the CRM.

Overall Responsibilities

Assist in the development of documentation, manuals, and training materials related to RevOps systems and processes.

Engage in system implementation projects, which include requirements gathering, documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, and issue identification and resolution.

Support troubleshooting efforts within HubSpot and escalate issues as necessary.

Contribute to data management and governance across the RevOps ecosystem, including auditing and cleaning data, collaborating with team members on data best practices, and helping to establish data governance rules and procedures.

Stay informed about new HubSpot features, functionalities, and industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.
