Job Summary

Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled Patient Account Representative II - Corporate to join our team. As a key member of our Business Office, you will be responsible for resolving patient accounts through effective insurance claim follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate payment. Your attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and follow up on billed claims to ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Use phone, computer systems, and web-based insurance company applications to perform job functions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, hospital staff, and insurance companies
  • Meet productivity expectations and maintain high accuracy rates
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, with computer experience and basic math skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, claims submission, and customer service preferred
