POSITION DETAILS:
- Initial training will be conducted onsite for a specified period, followed by a transition to remote work.
- Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour.
- This is a full-time role with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday.
- Post-training hours will be from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming communications via calls, emails, chats, and texts to assist customers with their needs.
- Process orders and manage payment transactions, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments while following up to ensure resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our tracking system.
- Support customer applications and special projects as needed.
- Meet performance metrics and adhere to company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Dependability, confidentiality, and integrity are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
