As a Client Support Specialist, you will assist residents within our facilities, adhering to a structured schedule that operates throughout the week. This role is ideal for a cooperative team player who is adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments. Strong communication skills, compassion, and flexibility are essential. Key responsibilities include ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere, aiding shelter guests, and documenting any safety or security issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitates case management services for individuals and families.Identifies family members who may require additional services.Guides family members in understanding the processes to access necessary assistance.Creates Individual Disaster Case Management Plans in line with established policies and procedures.Collaborates with community resources and care coordinators to maintain effective communication.Manages the contract database according to relevant policies and procedures.Generates reports detailing the progress of each case.Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related behavioral science field.Must pass a clean criminal background check.Ability to manage multiple tasks, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficient in computer usage and common office equipment, including MS Office applications.
