Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Inspector to join our team at HOAMCO. As a Compliance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that homeowners in our managed communities are in compliance with our community regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Regular Inspections: Conduct drive-by and walking inspections to identify property violations and ensure compliance with community regulations.
  • Communicate with Homeowners: Communicate with homeowners as needed to resolve issues and provide guidance on community regulations.
  • Send Violation Notices: Send homeowners violation notices as necessary to ensure compliance with community regulations.
  • Acquire and Maintain Knowledge: Acquire and maintain knowledge of community CC&Rs and policies to ensure accurate and effective enforcement.
  • Work Well in a Team Environment: Work well in a team environment to ensure effective communication and collaboration with other team members.
Requirements
  • Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record and be able to operate a company vehicle.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and other stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution Experience: Possess experience in conflict resolution and be able to effectively handle homeowner concerns.
  • Familiarity with Homeowners Associations: Possess familiarity with Homeowners Associations and community regulations.
