Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at DentalWorks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all patients
  • Coordinate patient appointments, treatments, and follow-up care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and billing
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to achieve patient satisfaction and retention goals

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of dental software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
