About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Business Development and Growth to join our team at Epsilon Data Interactive, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of our Retail Media business and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and capture new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and leverage your network to facilitate the expansion of our retail media business
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to secure new clients and drive Epsilon's success
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and position Epsilon as a forward-thinking leader in the industry
  • Work across functions to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and result in high satisfaction and retention rates
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in business development, sales, and account management across digital marketing, data, or advertising technology
  • Specific experience with retail or retail media desired
  • Full working knowledge and sales understanding in Adtech, Martech, Ecommerce, Digital, CPG, Media, Data, and Retail
  • Strong leadership and collaboration qualities, including trust, loyalty, empathy, forward thinking, and self-starter mentality
  • Clear, concise, and supportive communication skills to support collaboration across all levels
