Job Title: Vice President, Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and qualify new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve agency growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop resources and tools for new business activities
  • Lead pitches and presentations to secure new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a commerce, shopper marketing, or retail-focused agency
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and identifying new opportunities
  • Strong relationships with C-level executives and senior client partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel when needed
