Primary Objective: The Regional Sales Manager is a key player in driving growth within the Automotive sector. This role is centered on expanding our client base and enhancing relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust pipeline of new business through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Engage with current clients to promote additional services offered by SPECTRIO.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Close sales with top-tier decision-makers in the automotive and advertising industries.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Follow up on proposals and agreements, ensuring clear communication and accurate data entry in Salesforce.
  • Work independently while collaborating with account management teams to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Adhere to SPECTRIO's standards of excellence in sales practices.
  • Plan and execute effective travel schedules for client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with branding and image guidelines during client interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience of 5+ years, ideally in a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in technology sales, particularly in collaborating with marketing and IT teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite is preferred.
  • Commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
