Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Midwest Motor Express, Inc. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the transportation industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
