Job Summary

The Sales and Event Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and delivering exceptional event experiences for clients. This role will oversee the development of sales campaigns, manage event logistics, and ensure seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from ticketing, sponsorships, and corporate sales
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Event Management
    • Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements
    • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure event success
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees
    • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
    • Collaborate with external partners, including vendors and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales and event management experience in a public assembly facility, convention center, or similar venue
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
