Job Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Cynet Systems.

Position Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist

Location: Seattle, WA

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $71/hr - $74/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine study protocols and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with technology transfer and process modifications.
  • Conduct and assist in the monitoring of manufacturing operations to assess process capabilities.
  • Facilitate investigations related to production, maintaining adherence to internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Examine completed batch records to confirm that processes remain within validated parameters.
  • Manage and utilize tools and templates to evaluate the impact and significance of various parameters within company operations.
  • Ensure that manufacturing processes are consistently controlled and standardized across the cell therapy network.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for both technical and operational processes.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with external collaborators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4-7 years of relevant experience in Biochemical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in cellular therapies is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with familiarity in JMP being a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year in technical writing or deviation documentation.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different time zones.
  • Strong communication, writing, organizational, teamwork, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
