Are you a highly motivated sales professional looking to advance your career in IT business solutions? We're seeking a skilled sales consultant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include software presentations, technical meetings, requirement analysis, proposals, negotiations, and sales process management. You'll work closely with our CEO and key team members to achieve business excellence in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales process, coordinate product presentations, identify customer needs, analyze requirements, define project scope, estimate costs, and build technical proposals. We follow the Solution Selling sales methodology to ensure accurate analysis and interpretation of customer needs.

Main Activities:

  • Create new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and prospects in synergy with our product portfolio;
  • Identify and maintain multiple sourcing alternatives to ensure a continuous pipeline of prospects;
  • Develop strong relationships within targeted account segments, accessing key decision makers through prospecting and collaboration;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to potential leads by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs;
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our solutions to make effective sales presentations;
  • Organize RFP/RFI responses to ensure timely, high-quality submissions;
  • Perform detailed economic and technical analysis to match our solutions with prospects' business requirements;
  • Conduct persuasive presentations and consultative solution-selling to C-level executives;
  • Discover and demonstrate competitive advantage and differentiation;
  • Do cost-benefit analysis and package configuration to deliver competitive quotations;
  • Negotiate proposals, contracts, and renewals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing support and guidance;
  • Build in-depth knowledge of customer business and IT priorities;
  • Provide feedback on customer product requirements to our product development teams;
  • Participate in industry forums and events to develop relationships and new prospects;
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to influence customer audiences;
  • Report sales and pipeline activities and follow established sales procedures on our CRM system.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five-to-seven years of successful IT sales consultancy experience;
  • Strong experience with specialized IT business solutions, preferably EQM, BPM, ECM, EHSM;
  • Experience working in and/or selling enterprise software solutions in sectors such as Automotive, Defense, Aerospace, Food/Beverage, Pharma, and Medical Device;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms;
  • Professional persistence and self-motivation;
  • Teamwork and collaboration with good listening skills;
  • Ability to quickly build credibility with prospects and customers;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
