Job Summary

American Road Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Motorcycle Sales Consultant to join our team at Orlando Harley-Davidson in Orlando, FL.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about Harley-Davidson and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Motorcycle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, assisting them in selecting the perfect Harley to fit their needs, and managing customer transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all customers into the dealership and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect Harley to fit their needs and riding style.
  • Manage customer transactions from start to finish, ensuring a positive purchase experience.
  • Proactively follow up with potential customers and leads.
  • Appointment setting and follow through on scheduled dealership appointments.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage daily workload and stay organized.

Requirements:

  • Motorcycle License Endorsement or ability to obtain a motorcycle license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and driven.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process and value-based selling.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
