As a Technical Support Analyst - Tier - 2, you will leverage your expertise in database design, field service, and desktop support to drive impactful geospatial projects. With 5-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in analyzing spatial data, providing remote desktop support, and designing robust databases to support our geospatial initiatives.

You will analyze spatial data to identify patterns and trends that can inform business decisions and strategies. You will also provide remote desktop support to ensure seamless operation of geospatial software and tools for team members. Additionally, you will design and maintain databases that store geospatial data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Qualifications:
