Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician in Customer Service to join our team at Apex Ventures. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in building technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Electrical System Repair: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in building technology, including intercom and meter systems.
  • Installation Work: Perform installation work, including the installation of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations (E-checks) to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
  • On-Call Duty: Participate in on-call duty to provide emergency support to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed vocational training as an electrician in energy and building technology or as an electrical installer.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or electrical field.
