Job Description
This role involves providing executive support to the Partner, managing the office as the Office Manager, and overseeing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an EA/OM role, preferably in the financial industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the NYC visitor calendar to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Coordinate and communicate with office vendors, prospect for new vendors as needed, and manage deliveries, repairs, and installations.
- Oversee office supply ordering, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and common area upkeep.
- Provide calendar and time management support to the Executive, including scheduling meetings, arranging details, and coordinating with team members and external parties.
- Make travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle expense reports and reimbursements.
- Contribute to event planning, execution, and coordination.
