Senior Office Manager Assistant

Supervest is seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Manager Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our executive team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars. Additionally, you will assist in the recruitment process, support onboarding and orientation, and maintain employee records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive team, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage expense reports and assist with budget tracking.
  • Foster effective communication within the executive team and across departments.

HR Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with necessary tools and resources.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with updating HR databases.
  • Organize and track training programs and compliance requirements.
  • Address basic employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role; HR experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software/tools is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
