Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Assistant - Executive Office to provide administrative support to our Managing Director and team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive-level administration and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, and car rentals/service
  • Maintain a database of contacts, including clients, investors, and attorneys
  • Manage calendars, schedule conference rooms, and coordinate conference calls
  • Process office expenses and off-site meeting expenses in a timely manner
