At EmpowerHome Team, we're seeking a skilled Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for meeting with buyers and sellers, determining their needs, and guiding them through the entire buying and selling process. You'll also maintain consistent weekly contact with clients, apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals.

We're looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with a proven record of sales experience and success. You'll need to be technology-driven, able to communicate effectively, and possess excellent negotiation and networking skills. If you're a licensed Real Estate Agent with full-time availability and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

As a member of our team, you'll have access to our Academy Sales Training and weekly sales meetings. You'll also be part of a company that's committed to giving back to the community, donating a substantial portion of our income to various organizations in the locations we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with buyers and sellers to determine their needs and guide them through the buying and selling process
  • Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients
  • Apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Host team open houses monthly and assign leads to the hosting agent
  • Work within our CRM workflow system and maintain up-to-date calendar availability for appointments
  • Participate in Academy Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings
