Responsibilities:- Implement the strategic plan outlined by the Sports and Entertainment team.
- Develop and manage a specialized database to enhance communication skills tailored to the industry.
- Actively pursue leads within the Sports and Entertainment real estate market.
- Maintain timely follow-up on leads to foster relationships with potential clients.
- Efficiently coordinate and supervise appointments.
- Skillfully close appointments to boost sales within the specialized Sports and Entertainment real estate market.
- Demonstrate strong sales skills to successfully conclude deals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish shared goals.
- Access comprehensive training and continuous support throughout your professional journey.
- A valid real estate license is a necessary requirement for this role.
- Candidates who are in the process of obtaining a real estate license will also be considered.
- Clear and effective communication skills play a vital role in achieving success in this particular job.
