Job Overview
As a Real Estate Sales Agent with the EmpowerHome Team, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their real estate goals. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of serving more than 10,000 families in buying and selling real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with buyers and sellers to determine their needs and assist in the entire process of buying and selling a home
- Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals
- Apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline and provide world-class customer service
- Host team open houses monthly and work within our CRM workflow system to manage appointments and client interactions
- Participate in Academy Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent with full-time availability
- Technology-driven with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth with a proven record of sales experience and success
- Organized and able to manage time effectively with a positive and can-do attitude
