Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company
