Job Overview

Hospice & Community Care is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients and families in their homes. As a LPN - Phlebotomy and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personal care services, skilled nursing services, and phlebotomy services to address urgent and ongoing needs of patients and families.

This role offers a variety of tasks, including:

  • Phlebotomy: Obtaining blood specimens for lab testing, documenting and communicating lab results.
  • Home Hospice: Providing personal care services and skilled nursing services to patients and families.
  • Clerical/Customer Service: Triage calls and answer questions from clinical staff in the field.

This position covers Lancaster, York, and parts of surrounding counties. To be successful in this role, you must be able to complete 6-8 weeks of a full-time (40 hr/wk) orientation and work a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period. You must also be vaccinated against influenza or have a religious or medical exemption.
