LPN Home Hospice/Phlebotomy Specialist

This role offers a unique blend of clinical and customer service skills, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing personal care services, skilled nursing services, and phlebotomy services to address urgent and ongoing needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing phlebotomy services, including obtaining blood specimens for lab testing and documenting and communicating lab results.
- Providing personal care services and skilled nursing services to address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and families.
- Triage calls and answer questions from clinical staff in the field.
