We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team at Getlabs, a leading platform for at-home diagnostics. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for visiting patients in their homes or offices, collecting lab samples, and processing specimens with a high degree of accuracy.

About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate who is friendly, empathetic, and compassionate, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients. You will work independently or as part of a team under minimal supervision, maintaining close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit patients in their homes or offices to collect lab samples
  • Process specimens with a high degree of accuracy
  • Adapt to a rapid high-growth environment
  • Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team

Requirements:

  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
  • 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred)
  • Experience processing samples
  • Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record
