About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team at Mitel (Delaware) Inc. As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring the success of our channel partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with 25 partner accounts, providing basic product training, sales support, and sustain productive partnerships through regular interactions.
  • Account Planning & Strategy: Participate in account planning activities, working alongside senior team members to develop strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive growth, contributing insights during strategy sessions to better align partner needs with our business objectives.
  • Communication & Presentation: Demonstrate strong communication skills by effectively presenting information to partners, addressing basic partner inquiries with clarity and confidence, ensuring partners feel supported and valued.
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Exhibit curiosity and a willingness to learn, actively listening to partners, and seeking out opportunities for professional growth, engaging in ongoing learning to deepen product knowledge and enhance partner relationships.
  • Process-Driven Execution: Execute tasks with attention to detail, following established processes and procedures, working under supervision to ensure commitments are met, focusing on delivering high-quality support to partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; or high school diploma + relevant experience
  • 2 years experience in a similar type role
  • Basic understanding of sales enablement, product education, and partner relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to improve and develop further
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
