Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing existing strategic customers through developing business plans, creating corporate agreements, and negotiating prices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Host and participate in quarterly and annual business meetings to define growth strategy and identify areas of opportunity
  • Deliver on strategic objectives and projects, and drive pull strategies within the sales channel
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure district and branch level partners are successful in meeting account goals
  • Communicate customer feedback to the team to inform sales strategies and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends to anticipate customer needs and navigate the competitive landscape
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in working with key business accounts
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Solid sales and negotiation acumen
  • Experience in the building materials industry preferred
  • Executive/corporate-level sales expertise
  • Ability to navigate large, complex organizations to drive CBB objectives
  • Knowledge of macro market trends and corresponding customer impact
