Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive MSSP sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSSP partners, understanding their business needs and developing strategies to make them more profitable through our partnership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to drive a proactive channel strategy and advocate for partner needs.
- Design and deliver sales and technical training programs for partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Work closely with internal services leadership to define an approach for scale through other delivery and knowledge partners.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for MSSP partners, including recruitment, readiness, and enablement.
- Demonstrated experience in channel leadership, with a proven track record of success in building and managing MSSP programs and partnerships.
- Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members.
- Ability to understand new business models and grow an MSSP organization from an early stage onwards.
- Record of recruiting, inspiring, and enabling the success of top talent.
