Job Summary:The Senior Vice President Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our Commercial Real Estate business. This includes fully understanding the competition status of the market segment, formulating and implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to grow Commercial Real Estate business
- Fully understand the competition status of the market segment
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Monitor, statistics, and report front office business
- Understand credit risk and communicate effectively with back-office department
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate business
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a head of department or group with 3+ employees
This is a largely sedentary role requiring use of typical office equipment. Most work is completed in an office environment with occasional walking and talking to employees and supervisors.
Travel Requirements:Travel may be required to meet customers and/or attend seminars, events, and training.
Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language and Communication Skills:Ability to read Chinese.
