Position Overview
As a Cosmetic Sales Specialist, you will represent our esteemed client and their premium range of beauty products. You will engage with shoppers to demonstrate the exceptional qualities of these products, showcasing how they can elevate personal beauty routines. Your role will involve conducting interactive demonstrations and providing expert advice to customers, helping them discover the benefits of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Share your passion for the beauty industry with customers and store associates.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to individuals and groups.
- Provide insightful beauty consultations and expert product knowledge to drive sales.
- Train store staff to effectively communicate product information.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards at the retail location.
- Build positive professional relationships with store management and beauty advisors.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Complete feedback surveys and provide insights after each shift.
- Experience in the beauty industry preferred, but not mandatory.
- High energy and strong interpersonal skills.
- Background in retail, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
- Access to reliable transportation for commuting to various locations.
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code standards.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
