About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at HiOperator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Penetrate key target accounts by reaching out to ideal customer persona individuals through phone, email, and social media
  • Engage prospects in conversation to assess a mutual fit and set discovery meetings with qualified prospects
  • Develop and maintain accurate records in our CRM of outcomes of calls, conversations, and follow-up steps
  • Research accounts and contacts for personalization data points
  • Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders through email, phone, and LinkedIn
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Experience crafting business messages
  • Quick learner and technically adept
  • Past BDR experience or owning a quota is desired but not required
  • CRM exposure preferred but not required
