The Billing Specialist will serve as a key liaison between Medix and our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Act as a daily escalation point for clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual client management plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Monitor claim adjudications, identify trends, and recommend actions to support teams
  • Collaborate with operations support teams to ensure optimal processes and procedures for each client
Requirements:
  • Experience with Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Medical billing experience, preferably in a professional setting
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation:

$18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience
