About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Investment & Corporate Banking, supporting senior staff with tasks such as travel coordination, expense reports, and meeting scheduling. This role requires at least three years of experience in the finance industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff, including ground transportation, flights, hotel accommodations, and other logistics.
  • Process timely and detailed expense reports via Concur for employee reimbursement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contact venues to obtain lost or missing receipts as needed, follow up on the status of payments, and ensure seamless expense processing.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings via Outlook, providing officers' availability as requested, and handle general office needs such as ordering supplies and mail distribution.
  • Answer, screen, and route telephone calls; respond to inquiries from internal and external clients, and liaise with senior-level individuals throughout the Firm.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Concur and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Minimum three years of experience as an administrative assistant in the finance industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills, with a consistent positive attitude and high level of discretion.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks with little supervision, and maintain confidentiality.
