We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team as a Legal Secretary III. This individual will provide top-notch support to our corporate teams, working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless administrative operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and research skills, with the ability to compile and assimilate data for clients and other departments within the firm. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include preparing documents, correspondence, and client billing, handling and understanding written work, including editing, adjusting language or terminology, and correcting grammar. The successful candidate will also serve as an expert in the legal secretarial group, fielding questions from others and training less experienced colleagues as needed.

Serving as a mentor to junior associates and secretaries with less experience is also a key aspect of this role. The Legal Secretary III will be responsible for maintaining confidential information, managing workflow, and delegating projects as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the legal secretarial field, a High School Diploma, knowledge of the Firm's Policies and Procedures, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. They will also have the ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment, work cooperatively with other employees, and constantly learn new skills as they become necessary.
