Job Overview

Pacific Foundation Services, LLC (PFS) is a professional services firm dedicated to providing exceptional support to its clients. As an Office Manager/Grants Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting the Grants Management team.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K retirement plan.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining office services, including organizing office operations and procedures, managing office supplies, and ensuring office facilities adequately support staff work.
  • Supporting the Grants Management team in their work for client foundations, including administrative tasks related to compliance, generating grant documents, and mailing agreements and payments.
  • Providing technical support to applicants, maintaining files, and updating client websites.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years' administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and the tenacity to see tasks through to completion in an accurate and thoughtful manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills with emphasis on respectful and tactful communications.
