Job Description:
- Administrative and Clerical Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department or office.
- Scheduling and Organization: Organize and schedule appointments, handle inquiries and incoming work requests, and maintain filing systems.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, take and distribute messages, and send emails.
- Data Entry: Check and enter data into various systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE INCLUDING MICROSOFT WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, AND EXPOSURE TO SOCIAL MEDIA.
- Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required.
- Ability to submit to drug screens upon request.
- Pass background check.
