Key Job Functions

">
  • Support a high-performing team of general liability insurance defense litigation attorneys
  • Prepare and draft complex legal documents, correspondence, and court forms, leveraging expertise in pleading, motion, and discovery procedures
  • Develop and manage calendars using advanced software tools like Outlook and eDockets
  • Schedule and coordinate critical events, including hearings, depositions, court appearances, and remote meetings
  • Efficiently process and serve documents in multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage vendor invoices, investigate billing discrepancies, and provide solutions
  • Plan business trips, conferences, and other logistical arrangements

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in litigation support, preferably in a fast-paced law office environment
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • A thorough understanding of state, federal, and local court rules
  • A strong ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain high-quality results
  • Superior organizational, communication, and analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits

">

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, plus a generous PTO allowance and access to corporate discounts.
