Position Overview

We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax compliance, planning, and strategy efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients are in full compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local tax codes
  • Manage and oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, including individual and corporate tax returns
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders, including financial planning and budgeting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting and accounting
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks and opportunities, including tax credits and incentives
Qualifications
  • CPA certification or equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local tax codes
  • Experience with tax planning and compliance, including tax return preparation and review
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to identify and mitigate tax risks and opportunities
