Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of both salaried and field personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  2. Performance Management: Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to direct reports to facilitate their professional growth.
  3. Financial Oversight: Achieve or surpass all financial performance benchmarks, focusing on profitability and net working capital.
  4. Profitability Growth: Enhance the branch's profitability to align with business goals.
  5. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting branch profitability and market share.
  6. Customer Relations: Ensure sales targets are met, acquire new clients to drive revenue, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  7. Operational Efficiency: Manage field operations to achieve optimal cost-effectiveness.
  8. Safety Leadership: Champion safety initiatives and cultivate a culture of safety within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 7 years of management experience in the elevator sector.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft-based software and comfortable in a technical setting.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, goal-oriented mindset, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing change and making sound business decisions.
