Job Summary:
The CRM System Strategist will lead the development and maintenance of the company's entire CRM system for the sales, marketing, and aftermarket teams. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM systems, data analysis, and business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve business performance and achieve overall business goals.
- Lead the CRM team in research, development, and implementation of appropriate data systems.
- Align and direct the management, development, and integration of workflow and business process flows for supporting the mission, vision, strategies, objectives, and goals of the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Provide direct leadership in designing and recommending appropriate CRM approaches and methodology to address key issues within the business.
- Oversee the teams that build, maintain, and improve the existing business process, business intelligence, and CRMs tools across the department and across the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, or other technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of CRM systems or equivalent experience.
- Experience in data science, analytics, or similar technical fields.
- Experience with visualization and exploratory analysis tools.
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently.
- Adaptable and fast moving with the ability to maintain project momentum in the face of change.
- Understanding of the CRM systems purpose.
- Understanding of current CRM, Analytics, and Data Modeling methods.
- SalesForce experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading project or platform development teams.
