Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Build and lead high-performing teams, focusing on talent development, coaching, and succession planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, innovation, and change management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies

Requirements:
