Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer relationship management software
