Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Acting as a reliable member of the engagement team, providing assurance and consulting services tailored to specific industries:
    • Engaging proactively with clients throughout the year to gather necessary information for testing and address inquiries.
    • Planning and overseeing all audit engagement activities.
    • Reviewing and conducting substantive testing on client financial statements.
    • Assessing internal control deficiencies and recommending improvements.
    • Participating in discussions with management regarding business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
  • Gaining insights through direct coaching and mentoring, along with participating in firm-wide learning initiatives.
  • Utilizing your networking skills to foster strong relationships internally and with clients.
  • Supporting the development of team members through a culture of care and mentorship.
  • Enjoying social activities and team events that promote a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field with sufficient coursework to qualify for the CPA exam.
  • CPA certification preferred or actively pursuing completion of the exam.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in financial statement auditing within a public accounting environment.
  • Proven skills in time management, communication, relationship building, and problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
