We are seeking a talented Customer Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through training, support, and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to new customers
- Offer exceptional customer service via phone, email, webchat, and online user support
- Escalate and accurately record customer data where necessary
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and training sessions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively address customer needs
Requirements:
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations
Salary: $38,000 - $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
