Job Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through training, support, and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to new customers
  • Offer exceptional customer service via phone, email, webchat, and online user support
  • Escalate and accurately record customer data where necessary
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting and training sessions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively address customer needs

Requirements:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations

Salary: $38,000 - $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
